Completed in 2007, this three bedroom apartment at Coogee Beach was reconfigured for the modern young family.

With a brief that included a new study, library and nursery SMITH DESIGN STUDIO were also commissioned to upgrade an existing bedroom, with the desire to integrate the new vision for the house within the existing aesthetic.

The palette was drawn from fresh, soothing colours chosen to compliment the American crown cut oak joinery, and existing natural light. The result added aesthetic and financial value to the property for modest investment, and created a vibrant, beachside home.
